The 320 m² fully air-conditioned house includes on the ground floor:

   - a fully equipped kitchen-dining room (2 large fridge-freezers, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, etc.), opening onto a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs,
   - an entrance with cloakroom and separate toilet,
   - a pantry with ice maker and storage,
   - and a bedroom opening onto the garden, with a 180 cm wide double bed, dressing room, and bathroom (sink, walk-in shower, and toilet),
Upstairs you'll find:
   - a bedroom with a south and west-facing balcony terrace, 180 cm wide double bed, dressing room, and bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet),
   - a bedroom with two 90 cm beds or a 180 cm double bed, large wardrobes, and bathroom (sink, bathtub, and toilet),

   - a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Attached to the house, a covered terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, an outdoor lounge, and a plancha grill.
Enclosed garden of 1,200 m² featuring a heated swimming pool measuring 4×10 meters, secured with an automatic cover, a pergola with deck chairs, 2 parking spaces, and a private gate.
Bed linen and towels provided once a week (extra linen change: €35)

January, February, March, November, first half of December: €3,850/week
Mid season
April, May, June, September, October, second half of December: €5,800/week
High season
July and August: €10,000/week available only for 15 consecutive days
Tourist tax 2026 not included: €5.18/adult/day
