- a first bedroom facing east (160 cm bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with one side hanging space and one side shelves),
- a hallway leading to the toilet and the family bathroom (walk-in shower and stone sink),
- a second bedroom with French window opening onto the garden and the swimming pool to the north (160 cm bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with one side hanging space and one side shelves),
- a laundry room (French window to the east, washing machine, dryer, iron, water softener, ironing board and iron),
- the master suite with separate toilet, bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks), 180 cm bed, dressing area (cupboards, chest of drawers), armchairs, French windows to the south and north.
The living room opens to the south onto the terrace and the garden with Mediterranean species, and onto a covered terrace with a gas plancha, a second refrigerator, a sink, a table and chairs, an outdoor lounge.
The north garden houses the 11 x 5 m swimming pool, heated on demand, with salt filtration system, secured by an automatic cover, sun loungers and a pergola that provides some shade.
