- a dining room with fireplace,
- a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator and freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the garden and a covered terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a plancha,
- an office and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and ironing area).
Also on the ground floor:
- two air-conditioned bedrooms overlooking the garden: one with a 160 cm bed, bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower, toilet) and dressing room, and the other with a 180 cm bed, bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower, and separate toilet) and dressing room.
The floor consists of:
- two air-conditioned bedrooms with two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed,
- a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub

In the enclosed, wooded and flowered garden of 1,850 m², a 31 m² mazet offers:
- a fifth bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a television, a dressing room and a bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower and separate WC),
- a pool house with outdoor lounge and toilets
- a 4.5 x 12 m swimming pool, secured by an automatic cover and heated from May 1st to October 15th. Outside of these periods, heating would be charged €700 per week.
Sheets and towels provided once a week (additional change of sheets: €35).
