A spacious living room, partly dining area and partly sitting area with a fireplace, opens onto the covered terrace and extends into a vaulted ceiling TV lounge. The equipped kitchen (fridge with 3 freezer drawers, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.) leads to a laundry room with washing machine and storage, opening onto an east-facing terrace.
In the sleeping area, a hallway serves a toilet with a washbasin, a first bedroom (180 cm bed and wardrobe) sharing a shower room (shower and sink) with the children's bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm, closet).
