Above the study, the mezzanine is laid out as a dormitory with 3 single beds and a shower room (washbasin, shower, toilet). Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned master bedroom, a double bedroom and a shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet). Accessible from outside, a separate flat with lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and shower room (washbasin, shower and toilet).
The 4-hectare grounds feature Mediterranean vegetation and provide plenty of space for everyone: a 12.5 x 6 m heated swimming pool with automatic cover for swimming or playing, a pergola with sun loungers for reading in the shade, a petanque area, and several terraces.
Bikes and table tennis are available for sports enthusiasts.
