You will then discover a large, bright, warm living room, with deep colours, comfortable armchairs and sofa, fireplace, TV, table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen which opens out to the enclosed garden, and a bathroom. Upstairs, a master bedroom (queen-size bed), with air-conditioning, built-in cupboards and an en suite bathroom (basin, bathtub, WC), 2 bedrooms (140 cm beds) with air-conditioning and a decoration that all teens would love, and a family shower room (shower, 2 sinks, WC).
On the terrace in front of the living room, a table for outdoor meals shaded by a pergola with adjustable blades, armchairs, outdoor sofas, pots overflowing with plants and flowers. The enclosed garden, without vis-à-vis thanks to its vegetation, highlights an old olive tree which provides a delicate shade.
On the other side of the private cul-de-sac (this cul-de-sac is shared only by another house) is the "pool garden": a beautiful enclosed space with a 10 x 4 swimming pool, wooden terraces, grass and plants, a shaded terrace with sun loungers and outdoor sofas.
