It opens onto a shaded terrace with the essential gas barbecue, and provides access to the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron). On the other side of the entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace and 2 sofas, then a dining room that has retained its original vaulted ceiling, a toilet, the reading and media room, and finally a lovely air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite shower room and dressing room, opening south onto the terrace. Upstairs, a toilet, an air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite shower room (walk-in shower and double washbasin), an air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed) sharing a family bathroom (bath, double washbasin, toilet) with the children's bedroom (2 pull-out beds), the only bedroom that is not air-conditioned but faces north. Further down the hall, an air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite bathroom (bath and double washbasins), an air-conditioned bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king size bed) with en suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC) and the air-conditioned master suite (king size bed) with large dressing room, separate toilet, bathroom (bath, antique style washbasin, walk-in shower).
The 3-hectare grounds feature one of the most beautiful gardens in the Alpilles, with rose garden, arbour, orchard and numerous terraces in the sun or shade... There's also a tennis court and a petanque area, and the younger guests will love the playhouse at their size.
