At a 900 m walking distance to Eygalieres centre, with a nice view of the Alpilles and the Old Village, this single-storey house is surrounded by 10,000 sq. m. grounds with typical Mediterranean vegetation. A large living room, partly dining room, partly sitting room with fireplace opens out to the covered terrace and is followed by a TV lounge with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.), the laundry with washing machine and storage space opens out to a terrace. A first bedroom (king-size bed and wardrobe) shares a shower-room (shower and washbasin) with the children's bedroom (2 single beds, cupboard). A third bedroom (140 cm bed, cupboards) has its own shower and vanity and the master bedroom a walk-in wardrobe and a full bathroom (shower, bath, 2 basins, toilet and bidet).
On the terrace alongside the house, a large family table, an electric plancha, two smaller tables.The 9 x 4 m swimming pool, secured by fences and immersed alarm, is surrounded by large terraces with sun loungers and outdoor sofas. Parasols are available. Boules court (petanque).
Table linen, bed linen, towels provided. Tenants are kindly asked to bring their own pool towels.

2025 rates: from €2,000 to €6,000/week according to season.
Tourist tax included. Exit cleaning to be paid upon arrival: €250.
