This house is the perfect place for those who want to attend the Avignon Festival, visit its famous Palais des Papes, walk on its no less famous bridge, discover the Côtes-du-Rhône wines and the beautiful villages of Vaucluse, Bouches-du-Rhône or Gard!
Located just a few hundred meters from the walls, in a quiet dead-end street, this town house enjoys his own garden with swimming pool to the front and a patio to the rear.
Fully air-conditioned, it is divided into 2 apartments which can be rented separately out of season, and together during the summer season, the ideal configuration for 2 families who want to enjoy holidays together while preserving their intimacy.
On the ground floor, a broad living-room with large screen TV, a kitchen area, a double bedroom (king-size bed) with TV, a second double bedroom (king-size bed), a family bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity, WC), a storage room. The living-room opens out to the rear patio with outdoor lounge, table and chairs.
Upstairs, a covered balcony with a table to enjoy your first morning coffee, a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge, dishwasher, washer, filter and single-serve coffee makers, kettle, toaster, food processor, etc.), a large table, a wood-burning stove, a double bedroom (queen-size bed) with walk-in closet, a double bedroom (queen-size bed or 2x80 cm beds) with cupboard, a family bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity and WC).
In the garden, a swimming-pool heated on demand (additional charge depending on the season) secured by immersed alarm, tables and chairs, sun loungers. Shade is provided by the large surrounding trees.
WiFi, table, bed and bathroom linen as well as pool towels are available for the stay.
July and August rates for the whole property: €3,600/week.
