In the heart of Aureille, a peaceful, authentic village with easy access to A7 highway, to surrounding typical villages, to hiking or biking trails, and to golf courses, there you will find this charming village house, fully equipped with reversible air conditioning, with comfortable accommodation for 2 or 4 on the ground floor! 
The large, light-filled living room with table, sideboard and TV opens, on one side, onto the sitting area with sofa, and on the other side, onto the kitchen with everything you could wish for: 5-burner gas hob and full-size oven, microwave, American-style fridge, stone sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, soft pod coffee maker and storage space.
The beautiful bedroom (140 cm bed) with a large dressing cupboard and a bench seat is also bathed in light. The hallway leads to a cupboard with washing machine and storage space, and to the contemporary shower room with large walk-in shower, cabinet and stone washbasin. The WC is separate for added convenience. When using the sofa bed, the sitting area can be screened off with large blackout curtains.
When the sun is still mild, you can enjoy lunch in the sheltered courtyard. In summer, you will barbecue and have lunch in the shade of the mulberry tree. The vegetation that will have sprung up in the spring will provide a discreet spot for lounging.
