Outside, 1 large south-facing terrace under the majestic plane-trees, a covered terrace close to the kitchen, another sheltered terrace north overlooking the heated 12 x 6 m pool secured by submerged alarm. In the pool-house, a sitting-room with widescreen TV, a double bedroom, 1 shower room and separate toilets.
In the 3,5 hectare garden, a tennis court, 2 basketball hoops, a petanque court, parking places. On a warm summer evening there is nowhere else to be better than on the terrace watching the sunset while dining al fresco...
